How do you perform Side Plank Rotation?
- Lie in a side plank position with your forearm on the floor.
- Lift your top arm and bring it vertical. Hold on.
- Bring the arm down and bring it under your body without it touching the floor.
- Continue to follow your arm with your face as you make a rotational movement with your body.
- Keep your hips up and your abs tight.
- Inhale as you bring the arm up and exhale as you bring it under your body.
Common faults
- No full rotation.
- Insufficient control over the movement.
- Insufficient trunk stabilization.
