How do you perform Side Plank Rotation?

  • Lie in a side plank position with your forearm on the floor.
  • Lift your top arm and bring it vertical. Hold on.
  • Bring the arm down and bring it under your body without it touching the floor.
  • Continue to follow your arm with your face as you make a rotational movement with your body.
  • Keep your hips up and your abs tight.
  • Inhale as you bring the arm up and exhale as you bring it under your body.

Common faults

  • No full rotation.
  • Insufficient control over the movement.
  • Insufficient trunk stabilization.
