important to find a good balance and certainly also make the necessary time for &#8216;me-time&#8217;.<\/p><p>Partly because of my training as a physiotherapist, I absolutely believe in &#8216;a healthy mind in a healthy body&#8217;.<\/p><p>For many years, sports (running, cycling, walking, core training, BBB, etc.) have been my outlet, where I can lose energy, but also get absolute energy from.<\/p><p>I attach importance to variety and I have found that completely at CrossFit On The Road, where I have been an athlete since August 2021 and have been passionate (&#8216;healthily addicted&#8217; ;-)) to the CrossFit\u00ae methodology ever since. Too bad I only discovered this when I was 44, but you see&#8230; it&#8217;s never too late to start.<\/p><p>And although I am not shy of a sporting challenge (1000km Stand Up Against Cancer, Death march, climbing Mont Ventoux, CrossFit competitions), it certainly does not always have to be a lot. As long as you exercise regularly.
