Then we have a solution. You can make your running workouts much more enjoyable by introducing some variety. Here are some variants you can try. They all even have names \ud83d\ude42<\/p><h3><strong>1600\/200<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>4 Rounds for time:<ul><li>Run 400m<\/li><li>50 Squats<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>DEATH BY 10M<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Set up 2 cones 10m apart.<\/li><li>Each minute complete 1 more trip across the cones untill you cannot continue within one minute.<\/li><li>During the first minute of your workout, you walk back and forth once.<\/li><li>During the remaining time you can rest.<\/li><li>At minute 2 you walk back and forth twice.<\/li><li>You rest the rest of that minute.<\/li><li>At minute 3, you walk back and forth three times.<\/li><li>Every minute you add one round.<\/li><li>And so you continue until you can no longer complete the number within a minute.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>MINUTE HELL<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Ladder down and up. Find a flat track in your area where you can walk undisturbed at a brisk pace.<\/li><li>Complete the next workout.<ul><li>1 minute on \u2013 50 seconds off<\/li><li>1 minute on \u2013 40 seconds off<\/li><li>1 minute on \u2013 30 seconds off<\/li><li>1 minute on \u2013 20 seconds off<\/li><li>1 minute on \u2013 10 seconds off<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Now do the same but in reverse.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>HILL REPEATS<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Find a trail near you where you can walk uphill.
