A chaque tour, tu travailles 20 secondes suivi de 10 secondes de repos. De cette fa\u00e7on, tu n&rsquo;es occup\u00e9 que pendant 4 minutes au total, mais avec un r\u00e9sultat impressionnant.<\/p><p>Chaque entra\u00eenement a sa propre vid\u00e9o de d\u00e9monstration dans laquelle l&rsquo;un de nos entra\u00eeneurs fait la d\u00e9monstration des exercices. Il ou elle ne se contente pas de montrer les exercices, le coach effectue \u00e9galement l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avec toi. De cette fa\u00e7on, tu n&rsquo;as pas l&rsquo;impression de t&rsquo;entra\u00eener seul<\/p><ul><li>L&rsquo;entra\u00eenement A est enti\u00e8rement bas\u00e9 sur ton propre poids de corps. Tu n&rsquo;as donc besoin d&rsquo;aucun mat\u00e9riel.<\/li><li>\u00c0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement B, nous utilisons du mat\u00e9riel simple. Tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de beaucoup.
