classique, o\u00f9 tu utilises un poids suppl\u00e9mentaire pour renforcer tes abdominaux.<\/p><ul><li>Allonge-toi sur le dos, les genoux fl\u00e9chis et les hanches \u00e0 90\u00b0.<\/li><li>Tiens un poids avec les bras tendus au-dessus de ta poitrine.<\/li><li>Si tu d\u00e9butes, commence avec le poids pos\u00e9 sur ta poitrine et les pieds \u00e0 plat au sol.<\/li><li>Contracte tes abdos et soul\u00e8ve tes \u00e9paules du sol.<\/li><li>Garde ton menton \u00e9loign\u00e9 de ta poitrine pour \u00e9viter de mettre de la tension dans ton cou.<\/li><li>Maintiens le bas de ton dos bien
