Ils se sont fix\u00e9 pour objectif de devenir plus forts, de perdre du poids, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur endurance ou de se sentir un peu plus en forme.<\/p><p>Chacun a sa propre motivation et y travaille \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on. Ce sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel An qui se prennent en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e et juste avant ou apr\u00e8s les vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, il s\u2019agit de personnes qui ont fait du sport dans leur jeunesse, mais du fait de leurs \u00e9tudes, de leur carri\u00e8re ou de la construction d\u2019une famille, elles n\u2019ont plus eu le temps de faire quoi que ce soit pour leur condition.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es d\u2019inactivit\u00e9, les kilos s\u2019accumulent petit \u00e0 petit et le moindre effort est \u00e9puisant. Il est donc temps d\u2019agir.<\/p><p>Quand on interroge les gens sur leurs activit\u00e9s sportives ou physiques et sur leur fa\u00e7on de s\u2019alimenter, ils ont tous construit leur propre mode de vie. Pourtant, nous avons remarqu\u00e9 une constante chez la plupart des gens. La plupart des gens sont attach\u00e9s aux habitudes, qu\u2019elles soient bonnes ou mauvaises.<\/p><p>Les humains sont des cr\u00e9atures d\u2019habitude. Pendant des ann\u00e9es, ils ont construit un sch\u00e9ma concernant l\u2019exercice, l\u2019alimentation, les activit\u00e9s physiques et mentales, leur sommeil, etc.<\/p><p><em><strong>\u201cNous sommes tous le r\u00e9sultat de nos habitudes\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Dans notre module \u201chabitudes saines\u201d, nous donnons des conseils pour ajuster les habitudes les plus courantes (anciennes ou mauvaises) \u00e0 des habitudes meilleures ou plus saines qui te donneront plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Applique-les \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape et nous te garantissons que ton corps et ton niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie changeront !<\/p><p>Bien s\u00fbr, ces conseils ne sont pas les seuls moyens de commencer. Il y a tellement d\u2019autres habitudes que tu peux ajuster, mais elles forment d\u00e9j\u00e0 une base solide. Tu remarqueras que tout est une question de petits ajustements et surtout de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance.<\/p><p>Tu dois d\u2019abord te d\u00e9barrasser de ces mauvaises habitudes et changer ton mode de vie. On demande toujours d\u2019abord d\u2019adopter une hygi\u00e8ne de vie plus saine et de manger sainement et de faire une \u00e9valuation seulement apr\u00e8s quelques mois.<\/p><p>Bien s\u00fbr, nous ne pouvons pas nous attendre \u00e0 ce que tu adoptes chaque jour de nouvelles habitudes. Changer une habitude demande du temps et des efforts. Parfois, cela vas tr\u00e8s vite mais parfois \u00e7a te prendra plus de temps, ce n\u2019est certainement pas un probl\u00e8me. Continue \u00e0 pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer.<\/p><p>Consid\u00e8re ces habitudes saines et les <a href=\"https:\/\/functionalhometraining.com\/fr\/quest-ce-quun-entrainement-tabata\/\">Tabata<\/a> quotidiens de comme ton <strong>guide personnel pour changer ton corps en une version plus saine<\/strong>, plus heureuse et plus forte.<\/p><p>Cependant, notre approche ne convient pas \u00e0 ceux qui ne veulent pas changer. Si tu ne changes pas tes habitudes, ton corps ne le fera pas non plus.
