Loop heen en terug van het ene voorwerp naar het andere.<ul><li>Tijdens de eerste minuut van je workout loop je 1 keer heen en terug. Tijdens de resterende tijd kan je rusten.<\/li><li>Op minuut 2 loop je twee keer heen en terug. De resterende tijd van die minuut rust je uit.<\/li><li>Op minuut 3 loop je drie keer heen en terug.<\/li><li>Elke minuut doe je er een ronde bij.<\/li><li>En zo ga je verder tot je binnen de minuut niet meer het aantal kan afwerken.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>MINUTE HELL<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Ladder down and up. Zoek een vlakke baan in jouw buurt waar je ongestoord aan een stevig tempo kan lopen.<\/li><li>Werk volgend workout af.<ul><li>1 minuut lopen \u2013 50 seconden rusten<\/li><li>1 minuut lopen \u2013 40 seconden rusten<\/li><li>1 minuut lopen \u2013 30 seconden rusten<\/li><li>1 minuut lopen \u2013 20 seconden rusten<\/li><li>1 minuut lopen \u2013 10 seconden rusten<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Nu doe hetzelfde maar in omgekeerde volgorde.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>HILL REPEATS<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Zoek in je buurt een parcours waar je bergop kan lopen.
