Het beste is om deze in de eerste twee weken volledig te vermijden en daarna te nuttigen volgens het portie schema (zie artikel &#8220;hoeveel mag ik eten).<\/li><li>Wit vlees zoals kip, kalkoen, konijn, hert, enz. heeft de voorkeur.<\/li><li>Mager rood vlees, gezouten en gedroogd rundvlees en ham zijn nu en dan toegestaan.<\/li><li>Eet twee tot drie keer per week vis, waarvan minstens \u00e9\u00e9n vette vis. Zo heb je je dosis Omega-3 vetzuren binnen en heb je geen extra supplementen nodig.<\/li><li>Eet niet meer dan 2 gehele eieren per week. Boven die limiet neem je alleen het eiwit.<\/li><li>Elke maaltijd of tussendoortje dient in balans te zijn en altijd te bestaan uit: 40% koolhydraten, 30% eiwitten en 30% vetten.<\/li><li>Magere melk en magere natuurlijke yoghurt bevatten zowel koolhydraten, eiwitten en vetten in de ideale verhouding 40% &#8211; 30 % &#8211; 30%.<\/li><li>Extra vergine olijfolie, olijven en amandelen dienen bij voorkeur de bron voor vetten te zijn.<\/li><li>Reduceer vetten die rijk zijn aan Omega-6 vetzuren zoals sojaolie, zonnebloemolie, ma\u00efskiemolie en andere zaadoli\u00ebn omdat ze ontstekingen kunnen bevorderen.<\/li><li>Vervang suiker door fructose.<\/li><li>Drink niet teveel koffie en vermijd alcohol.<\/li><li>Indien je graag een glas wijn lust, neem dan bij voorkeur een glas rode wijn bij de maaltijd.
