  • Lie on your stomach with your arms straight out in front and your legs straight back.
  • Raise your arms and legs while tensing your back muscles.
  • Hold for the requested time.
  • Slowly lower your arms and legs as you tighten your abs.

  • Not good muscle tone in the back.
  • Poor back alignment.
  • Arms and legs are not high enough.
  • Too much tension in the neck.
