Our training package is specially designed for people with busy schedules and who do not have time to go to a gym or fitness center.
Our fitness workouts only take 4 minutes but deliver amazing results! They are very accessible and suitable for all levels and all ages.
Total package: Usually the programs are limited to one offer. With us you get access to 4 modules:
- Fitness workouts
- Healthy nutrition
- Healthy habits
- Relaxation techniques
Guidance: The workouts are not only demonstrated, our coach does all the exercises together with you. You also get explanations on how to perform the exercises correctly.
Unlimited: With most online programs you have to search yourself in a (limited) list of workouts. Once you have done them all, you are done. Not with us, every day you get a new challenge, all year round.
Community: We have our own communication platform in which our members connect with each other by sharing experiences, photos or comments, and this without advertising or misuse of private data.

Both memberships offer the same total package, but with a WeeklyFit all workouts of the 7 days are still available.

- We are convinced that you should train your body as a whole because you use your body as a whole in your daily activities.
- All our workouts combine multiple muscle groups instead of focusing on just one part of it like your stomach, legs, buttocks or arms.
We program 2 workouts of 4 minutes each day, so you’ll be busy for a maximum of 8 minutes.
Of course, you can always do a lot more. The choice is yours.
A Tabata workout is a 4-minute workout consisting of 8 rounds.
In each round, you work at a fairly intense pace for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
For the best results, you should make sure that the intensity is the same in each round.
No, you don’t have to. You follow the workouts at your own pace according to your schedule, your physical condition and your needs.
However, it is important to be consistent. Plan for yourself how many days per week you will train and stick to that schedule.
The easiest thing is to schedule a fixed time during the day. That can be every morning, every evening or during a break.
Stick to that fixed time and you will notice that you will eventually crave it.
New videos appear every day at 00:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). For fitness videos this is daily. The weekly healthy habits appear every Monday at 00:00 UTC.

The workouts
You really don’t need much material. More explanation can be found on the Material page.
Since our program is designed for people with little time, we do not provide a specific warm-up.
However, it is certainly advisable to warm up your muscles with simple exercises such as swinging your arms and legs, rolling your knees and hips, stretching your muscles, etc.
You can also do the workout without weights as a warm-up by doing fewer repetitions and reducing the overall effort. Then you can repeat the same workout again but with a higher intensity.
The time you need to warm up depends very much on your own needs.
Yes, that is certainly possible. New videos are published every day.
With a DailyFit subscription, you can follow the workouts of the day multiple times that day.
With a weeklyFit subscription, the videos remain available 7 days a week.
Healthy food
No, not at all. Slimming products only have a temporary effect. In the long term, you will have better results by adjusting your diet. You can find everything about a healthy diet in our blog.
If losing weight is your goal, it is better to combine healthy food with a fitness program as we suggest.
Certainly not. If you follow our nutritional advice and adopt a healthy diet, you do not need any additional nutritional supplements.
Healthy food with the right amounts and in the right proportions provides all the necessary macro and micronutrients that your body needs. The only supplements you can consider are Omega-3 supplements.
Specific guidance or restrictions
Everyone can follow our program. However, when using weights, you will have to take your personal possibilities into account. If you have any doubts about this, you can always contact us or ask your doctor for advice.
This will depend on the nature of the injury or limitation. Always consult your doctor. He or she can best assess your injury or limitation.
In principle, you can continue following the program, but ask your doctor for advice. Everything will depend on your personal situation and the stage of pregnancy. From a certain point on, certain exercises such as jumping, deep squats, lifting heavy weights or certain postures are not recommended. Your doctor will be able to advise you on this. We cannot and will not judge this.
If you have not exercised for a while or have trained a bit too much, you may have some muscle pain. In principle, this is not harmful and usually disappears after 24 to 48 hours. If the pain is too severe, it is best to ask your doctor for advice.
To avoid muscle pain, it is important not to force yourself, especially if you are not used to it. Make sure you warm up, cool down and stretch properly. Drink enough water and get enough rest so that your muscles can recover.
As you train more and become “fitter”, you will experience less and less muscle pain after exertion. Keep on persevering.
Relaxation exercises
Mental relaxation to prevent stress is very important. In most cases, stress or an impending burnout is not even noticed.
That is why it is important to arm yourself against it before it is too late.
We advise you to try our mental relaxation techniques and choose one that you like the most.
Take a moment each week to apply that technique. Above all, make sure it is regular. You will see that you will even unconsciously crave it. Your body and mind will wait for this moment of inner peace.
You can choose one or more moments per week, as much as you want. You can do that in the morning, during the day or before going to bed.
Keep in mind that the average time you need for it is slightly longer than for fitness workouts. On average, you will need about twenty minutes to fully enjoy it.
My account
Individual members can choose between a “DailyFit” and a “WeeklyFit” subscription. For companies or large groups, there are different TeamBundles available.
You can switch to a different type of subscription at any time. You can easily do this yourself via the menu item Timeline. Then click on Membership > Subscriptions. In the last column you can click on “Other memberships”.
Important: if you switch to a different subscription, do not forget to cancel the old subscription, otherwise you will pay for two subscriptions at once.

All memberships are automatically renewed but can be canceled at any time. Please cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid additional charges. Membership payments are non-refundable.
You can easily cancel your subscription yourself via the Timeline menu item. Then click on Membership > Subscriptions. In the last column you can click on “Cancel”.
You can completely delete your account and all related data. Log in and go to “Profile settings / Account” and click “Delete Account”.
Please note:
- Deleting your account via the mobile version is not possible. This can only be done via the PC.
- This action is irreversible and will delete all your data.
Have you changed your account number or have a new credit card? Then adjust your details in your membership management platform.
You can download the invoices of your payments yourself. You can easily do this via the menu item Timeline. Then click on Membership > Payments. In the last column you can click on “PDF” download.
If all goes well, you have chosen a valid username and password during registration. Normally, you have received an email from this with the confirmation of your membership. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received an email, please contact us by email: functionalhometraining@gmail.com.
You must use your username and password to log in and gain access to the member pages. Once your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to these private pages.
From experience we know that the best results for an energetic lifestyle can only be achieved by working on multiple levels. That is why we offer the complete package of healthy nutrition, physical training, relaxing exercises and healthy habits. Focusing on just one of these approaches has much less effect and that is why we do not offer them separately.
As the administrator of a TeamBundle for your company, organization or circle of friends, you can manage the members who have access to your TeamBundle.
We treat your data with great care. How we do this is described in the Privacy Policy, the link of which can be found at the bottom of each page.
You can change your password yourself, but you must first be logged in.
Click on your Profile settings and then choose Account and Login information. Here you can change your password.
On the login page you can click on “forgotten password”. Follow the instructions and you will receive an email with your new login details.
Close the page and try again. Try a different internet browser.
If that still doesn’t work, you can try to empty your browser’s cache and delete the cookies. The procedure for this varies from browser to browser. Consult the instructions of the browser or provider concerned.
You can stream the videos to a TV via AirPlay or Chromecast. Your device must be compatible with Vimeo®.
