How do you perform Push Up To Down Dog?

  • Start in a pushup position with your hands slightly in front of your shoulders and your feet hip-width apart.
  • Lower yourself into a pushup while bending your elbows and lowering your body to the floor.
  • Explosively push up as you raise your hips and press your chest down toward your heels.
  • Extend your arms into a Down Dog position.
  • Inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up.
  • Keep your core engaged throughout the movement and keep your elbows close to your body.
