  • Lie on your back, with your legs bent and your knees pointing upwards.
  • It is easier and more pleasant to place your hands under your buttocks.
  • Extend your legs forward while contracting the abs.
  • Make sure your feet don’t touch the ground.
  • Come back to the starting position and repeat the exercise.

  • The feet touch the ground.
  • Your feet are too high off the ground.
  • Your legs are not fully extended.
