  • Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
  • Push your hips up and lift your head toward your feet to get into an inverted V position.
  • Touch your right knee with your left hand while keeping your legs straight.
  • Come back to the starting position and repeat the movement with your right hand to your left knee.
  • Keep your back straight and your abs tight.
