How do you perform Floor Wiper?

  • Lie on the floor with your arms stretched far out beside your body.
  • Straighten your legs and raise them vertically at a 90-degree angle to your hips.
  • Turn your legs to the left and touch the floor with your left foot.
  • Then turn to the right and touch the ground with your right foot.
  • Keep your back straight and your abs tight.
  • Inhale as you twist and exhale as you come back to center.

Common faults

  • Back not straight when moving the legs back and forth.
  • Legs drawn too far towards the body.
  • Legs not straightened.
  • Feet do not touch the ground.
