- Lie in a side plank position with your forearm on the floor and your top hand pointing vertically upwards.
- Straighten your top arm.
- Lift your top leg and keep it straight.
- Hold for as long as specified in the instruction.
- Keep your hips up and your abs tight.
Common faults
- Insufficient control over the movement.
- Insufficient trunk stabilization.
