How do you perform Single Leg Raise Over Object?

  • Sit upright on the floor with your hands at your sides for good balance without touching the floor.
  • Place an object (for example, a bag or box) on the floor in front of you.
  • Extend your legs in front of you and place your feet next to the object.
  • Lift one leg straight up and bring it over the object.
  • Lower your foot to the floor.
  • Now do the same with your other leg.
  • Lift your leg back up and bring it to the other side of the object.
  • Do the same with the other leg.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight and as vertical as possible.
  • Inhale as you raise your legs and exhale as you lower them.

  • Not good trunk stabilization.
  • Insufficient core tension.
  • The legs do not stay straight.
