How do you perform a Goblet Squat?

  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing slightly outward.
  • Grab a kettlebell, dumbbell, or alternative weight and hold it in front of your chest.
  • Bend your knees and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
  • Push into your heels to return to the starting position and fully extend your legs.
  • Keep your torso as straight as possible.

Common faults

  • Body bent forward too much.
  • Weight not against the chest.
  • Not lowering low enough.
