How do you perform Air Boxing?

  • Start in a standing position, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Lift your fists toward your face, with your elbows bent and your fists clenched.
  • Make quick and smooth forward blows to the air in front of you to mimic a real boxing sport.

Common faults

  • Failure to maintain correct posture.
  • No tension in abdominal and back muscles.
  • Strokes are not fast enough.
  • Arms do not move horizontally.
