How do you perform Butt Kicks?
- Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
- Place your hands behind your buttocks with your palms facing out.
- Begin to jog gently on the spot, raising your heels to your buttocks.
- Alternate your legs so that you bring one foot up while the other foot goes down.
- Keep your abs tight and your upper body upright throughout the movement.
- Perform the movement at a speed that is comfortable for you.
- Breathe in a normal rhythm while performing the exercise.
Common faults
- Too much leaning forward posture.
- Not a full range.
- Heels do not tap the hands or buttocks.
