How do you perform Butt Kicks?

  • Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Place your hands behind your buttocks with your palms facing out.
  • Begin to jog gently on the spot, raising your heels to your buttocks.
  • Alternate your legs so that you bring one foot up while the other foot goes down.
  • Keep your abs tight and your upper body upright throughout the movement.
  • Perform the movement at a speed that is comfortable for you.
  • Breathe in a normal rhythm while performing the exercise.

Common faults

  • Too much leaning forward posture.
  • Not a full range.
  • Heels do not tap the hands or buttocks.
