How do you perform Lizard Hops?

  • Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
  • Bring your right foot forward next to your right hand.
  • Jump up and switch legs in the air so that you land with your left foot next to your left hand.
  • Repeat the movement, alternating between legs.

Common errors

  • Hips too high.
  • Hands too far ahead.
  • Unstable landing.
  • Too little power when dismounting.
  • Do not keep your back straight.
