How do you perform Lizard Hops?
- Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
- Bring your right foot forward next to your right hand.
- Jump up and switch legs in the air so that you land with your left foot next to your left hand.
- Repeat the movement, alternating between legs.
Common errors
- Hips too high.
- Hands too far ahead.
- Unstable landing.
- Too little power when dismounting.
- Do not keep your back straight.
