How do you perform Plank Jumps?
- Start in a plank position.
- Jump your feet forward, toward your hands, and land with your knees slightly bent.
- Then jump back to the plank position.
- Make sure your back stays straight and your abdominal muscles tense throughout the movement.
Common faults
- Hips too high on the jump.
- Too fast movement.
- Lower back too much strain.
- Hands not below shoulders.
- Not bringing your knees to your chest.
