How do you perform Plank Jumps?

  • Start in a plank position.
  • Jump your feet forward, toward your hands, and land with your knees slightly bent.
  • Then jump back to the plank position.
  • Make sure your back stays straight and your abdominal muscles tense throughout the movement.

Common faults

  • Hips too high on the jump.
  • Too fast movement.
  • Lower back too much strain.
  • Hands not below shoulders.
  • Not bringing your knees to your chest.
