How do you perform an Air Boxing And Squat With Weights?

  • Start in a standing position, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Hold a weight in each hand.
  • Put your hands in a boxing position and start punching in the air in front of you.
  • While continuing to box, perform squats by bending your knees and keeping your back straight.

Common faults

  • Failure to maintain correct posture.
  • Abdominal and back muscles not tense.
  • Strokes are not fast enough.
  • Weights are too heavy so that the arms  cannot move horizontally.
  • Not sinking deep enough in squat.
  • Stop boxing while squatting.
