How do you perform Dumbbell Full Circle?
- Stand up straight with a dumbbell in both hands.
- Hold the dumbbells in front of your hips with your palms facing forward.
- Raise the dumbbell in front of your body.
- Make a circular motion above your head and return the dumbbell to the starting position.
- Make sure your back stays straight and your abdominal muscles tense.

- Choosing too heavy a weight.
- Do not keep your arms straight.
- Too fast movement.
- Unstable posture.
