How do you perform Flutter Kick?

  • Lie on your back, with your legs straight.
  • Straighten your feet and bring them just above the ground.
  • It is easier and more pleasant to place your hands under your buttocks.
  • Make quick alternating up and down movements with your legs.
  • Make sure your feet don’t touch the ground.

Common faults

  • The feet touch the ground.
  • Your feet are too high off the ground.
  • Your legs are not fully extended.
