How do you perform an Inch Worm?

  • Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Bend over and place your hands on the floor in front of you.
  • Walk your hands forward as far as you can until you’re in a plank position.
  • Then bring your feet with straight legs to your hands and stand up straight.
  • Keep your back straight and your abs tight.

Common faults

  • Your back is not completely flat in plank position.
  • Hands not directly under shoulders.
  • Bend in the elbows.
  • Not fully tucking and extending the hips.
