How do you perform Jump And Toe Touch?

  • Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Jump up and stretch your arms overhead.
  • After landing, tap the opposite foot with one hand.
  • Go straight into the next repetition and now tap your other foot with your other hand.
  • Keep your back straight and your abs tight.
  • Inhale as you jump and exhale as you land.

Common faults

  • Too little squat while tapping the foot.
  • Pacing too fast or too slow making the movement sloppy.
  • Knees not bend properly on landing.
  • Not standing fully on toes during the jump.
