How do you perform Knees To Chest + Weight?

  • Lie on your back on the floor and hold a weight overhead in each hand.
  • Raise your torso and pull your knees toward your chest as you push the weights up and then forward.
  • Straighten your legs back and lower them in a controlled manner.
  • Bring your torso back to the ground in a controlled manner as you bring the weights down behind your head.
  • Inhale on the downward movement and exhale on the upward movement.

Common faults

  • Pace too fast or too slow.
  • Body not well balanced.
  • No extension of the arms over the head.
  • Knees not pulled enough to the chest.
  • Your back is not straight during the movement.
