How do you perform One-Legged Burpee?

  • Stand on one leg and bend over to place your hands on the floor.
  • Jump your supporting leg back into a one-legged plank position.
  • Do a push-up.
  • Then jump your leg forward again and come back up to the starting position.
  • Clap your hands above your head as you jump up.
  • It’s the same movement as a burpee but on one leg.
  • Repeat the movement. You can switch legs if necessary.

Common faults

  • Unstable landing.
  • Hips too high in the plank position.
  • Hollow out the lower back.
  • Too fast movement.
