How do you perform One-Legged Burpee?
- Stand on one leg and bend over to place your hands on the floor.
- Jump your supporting leg back into a one-legged plank position.
- Do a push-up.
- Then jump your leg forward again and come back up to the starting position.
- Clap your hands above your head as you jump up.
- It’s the same movement as a burpee but on one leg.
- Repeat the movement. You can switch legs if necessary.
Common faults
- Unstable landing.
- Hips too high in the plank position.
- Hollow out the lower back.
- Too fast movement.
- Poor jumping technique.
