How do you perform Plank Dumbbell Front Raise?
- Support yourself in a plank position with both hands on a weight.
- Spread your feet for good stability.
- For this exercise, dumbbells are best but not a must.
- Make sure your shoulders are vertically above the weights.
- Tighten your abdominal and back muscles and extend your right arm forward.
- You only support yourself on your left arm.
- Return your right arm to the ground and switch sides.
