How do you perform Push Up Hands Released?

  • Start in the plank position, with your hands under your shoulders and your legs extended behind you.
  • Bend your elbows to lower your body until your chest touches the floor.
  • Raise your hands slightly off the floor to make sure your chest touches the floor.
  • Push up on your hands to return your body to the starting position.
  • Keep your body in one line and your back straight.

Common faults

  • Your back does not stay in a straight line.
  • Hands too far apart.
  • Your arms are not fully extended when doing the push-up.
  • You don’t raise your hands in the low position.
