How do you perform Push Up Hands Released?
- Start in the plank position, with your hands under your shoulders and your legs extended behind you.
- Bend your elbows to lower your body until your chest touches the floor.
- Raise your hands slightly off the floor to make sure your chest touches the floor.
- Push up on your hands to return your body to the starting position.
- Keep your body in one line and your back straight.
Common faults
- Your back does not stay in a straight line.
- Hands too far apart.
- Your arms are not fully extended when doing the push-up.
- You don’t raise your hands in the low position.
