How do you perform Raised Leg Crunch?

  • Lie on your back with legs stretched vertically.
  • Pull your shoulder blades off the floor while placing your hands behind your head.
  • Use your abs to lift your shoulders and head off the floor.
  • Don’t pull on your neck!
  • Tap your knees with your elbows and come back.
  • Exhale as you come up and inhale as you go down.
  • Make sure to keep your neck relaxed.

Common faults

  • Too much tension in the neck.
  • Insufficient core tension.
  • Legs do not stay vertical.
  • Legs folded.
