				How do you perform Raised Leg Crunch?
- Lie on your back with legs stretched vertically.
- Pull your shoulder blades off the floor while placing your hands behind your head.
- Use your abs to lift your shoulders and head off the floor.
- Don’t pull on your neck!
- Tap your knees with your elbows and come back.
- Exhale as you come up and inhale as you go down.
- Make sure to keep your neck relaxed.
Common faults
- Too much tension in the neck.
- Insufficient core tension.
- Legs do not stay vertical.
- Legs folded.
