  • Start in side plank position by propping up on the side of your foot and elbow.
  • Keep your body straight by aligning your head, shoulders, and hips.
  • Keep your elbow under your shoulder and your free arm pointing vertically toward the sky.
  • Now raise your free leg while keeping it straight.
  • Your body forms like a star.

Common faults

  • Insufficient tension of the side and hip muscles, causing your hips to sink.
  • Bad back posture.
  • Insufficient balance during exercise.
  • Not raising your free arm and leg enough.
