How do you perform Plank Hand Touch?

  • Start in a plank position with your elbows under your shoulders and your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Lift your right hand off the ground and touch your left hand.
  • Place your right hand back on the floor and repeat the movement with your left hand against your right hand.
  • Continue to keep your hips stable throughout the movement.
  • Keep your abs and glutes tense throughout the movement.

Common faults

  • Hips too high.
  • Buttocks up.
  • Body is not in one straight line during the movement.
  • Hands placed too far forward.
  • No controlled movement.
