How do you perform Plank Hand Touch?
- Start in a plank position with your elbows under your shoulders and your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lift your right hand off the ground and touch your left hand.
- Place your right hand back on the floor and repeat the movement with your left hand against your right hand.
- Continue to keep your hips stable throughout the movement.
- Keep your abs and glutes tense throughout the movement.
Common faults
- Hips too high.
- Buttocks up.
- Body is not in one straight line during the movement.
- Hands placed too far forward.
- No controlled movement.
