How do you perform Air Boxing With Weights?

  • Start in a standing position, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Hold a few weights in each hand.
  • Put your hands in a boxing position and punch the air in front of you.

Common faults

  • Failure to maintain correct posture.
  • Abdominal and back muscles not tense.
  • Weights are too heavy so that the arms  cannot move horizontally.
