How do you perform Alternate Abs Leg Extension?

  • Lie on your back, with your legs bent and your knees pointing upwards.
  • It is easier and more pleasant to place your hands under your buttocks.
  • Alternately stretch one leg forward while contracting the abs.
  • Make sure that your straight leg does not touch the ground.
  • Come back to the starting position and repeat the exercise with your other leg.

Common faults

  • The foot of your straight leg touches the floor.
  • Your straight leg is too high off the ground.
  • Leg not fully extended.
