How do you perform Bear Crawl Shoulder Tap?

  • Start in a bear crawl position, with your knees just above the ground.
  • Lift your right hand off the ground and tap your left shoulder with your hand.
  • Place your hand back on the floor and repeat the movement with your left hand toward your right shoulder.
  • Make sure you keep your hips stable and don’t let them twist.

Common faults

  • Hips too high.
  • Hands not below shoulders.
  • Knees too far from the ground.
  • Unstable core.
