How do you perform Bear Crawl Shoulder Tap?
- Start in a bear crawl position, with your knees just above the ground.
- Lift your right hand off the ground and tap your left shoulder with your hand.
- Place your hand back on the floor and repeat the movement with your left hand toward your right shoulder.
- Make sure you keep your hips stable and don’t let them twist.
Common faults
- Hips too high.
- Hands not below shoulders.
- Knees too far from the ground.
- Unstable core.
