How do you perform Broad Jump?
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees and lower your body while keeping your back straight.
- Use your leg power to jump forward as far as you can.
- Guide the jump by swinging your arms from back to front.
- Absorb the shock on landing by bending your knees.
- Land on your full foot.
Common faults
- Poor coordination or balance.
- Do not take off or land with the full foot.
- Don’t bend your knees when taking off and landing.
