  • Start in a wide spread stance.
  • Lower your body laterally by bending your knee.
  • Keep your other leg straight.
  • Come back to the starting position and immediately lift your knee high to your chest.
  • Repeat the exercise on the other side.

Common faults

  • Not getting deep enough on bent leg.
  • Not keeping the other leg straight.
  • Bending forward too much.
  • No raise of your knee during high knee.
