How to perform a Cossack Lunge?

  • Start in a standing position with feet wide apart.
  • Bend your right knee while keeping your left leg straight.
  • Lower your body down by bending your right leg.
  • Keep your arms bent in front of your body to keep your balance.
  • Push back up to the starting position.
  • Repeat the exercise on the other side.

Common faults

  • Not getting deep enough on bent leg.
  • Do not keep the other leg straight.
  • Bending forward too much.
