How do you perform a Cycling Both Legs Backward ?

  • Lie on your back and raise your legs, bending them at an angle of 90 degrees.
  • Place your hands under your buttocks.
  • Extend both legs horizontally so that your feet move just above the floor.
  • Return your legs to the starting position by making a backward cycling motion.
  • Keep your lower back on the floor and your abs engaged.
  • Inhale as you straighten your legs and exhale as you return to the starting position.
  • It is as if you are cycling backwards with both legs together.

Common faults

  • High tension on neck and shoulders.
  • Do not push your lower back against the floor.
  • Uncontrolled movement.
  • Legs are not lifted high enough.
  • Feet touch the ground.
    Feet not low enough when stretching.
  • Cycling movement is not fully performed.
