How do you perform Frog Jump?

  • Start in a standing position with your feet spread wider than hip-width apart and your toes slightly turned out.
  • Keep your hands down in front of your body.
  • Take a small jump to go into a deep squat and tap the floor with both hands.
  • In the deep squat, your feet are spread beyond hip-width and your toes are slightly out.
  • Try to keep your back as flat as possible while looking at the ground far in front of you.
  • Jump back upright like a frog.

Common faults

  • Bad coordination.
  • You don’t tap the ground.
  • You’re not jumping high enough.
