How do you perform High Knees?

  • Start in a standing position, with feet shoulder width apart.
  • Quickly bring one knee up to your chest, with the knee at a 90-degree angle.
  • Lower your knee as you bring the other knee to your chest.
  • You can put your hands forward and try to tap them.
  • Keep alternating knees, keeping a fast pace and tightening your abs.

Common faults

  • Too little knee height.
  • Trunk bent forward too much.
