How to perform a Jumping Jack?

  • Start by standing with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
  • Jump and spread your feet about shoulder-width apart, while also raising your arms up above your head.
  • Jump again and return your feet to the starting position, while also lowering your arms back to your sides.
  • Repeat the jumping and arm movements for the desired number of repetitions.
