How do you perform Jumping Oblique Twist?
- Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.
- Keep your arms folded horizontally in front of you.
- Jump up with slightly bent knees.
- Rotate your torso to the left and your knees to the right.
- Land softly on the floor and immediately jump back up, but this time rotate your torso to the right and your knees to the left.
- Repeat the movement by alternating left and right turns during each jump.
- Make sure to keep your abs tight and land with soft knees to protect your joints.

- Bad posture.
- Jump height too low.
- Insufficient rotation of the upper body.
- Wrong breathing.
