How do you perform Jumping Oblique Twist?

  • Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Keep your arms folded horizontally in front of you.
  • Jump up with slightly bent knees.
  • Rotate your torso to the left and your knees to the right.
  • Land softly on the floor and immediately jump back up, but this time rotate your torso to the right and your knees to the left.
  • Repeat the movement by alternating left and right turns during each jump.
  • Make sure to keep your abs tight and land with soft knees to protect your joints.

  • Bad posture.
  • Jump height too low.
  • Insufficient rotation of the upper body.
