How do you perform Mat Jumps ?

  • Place a mat on the floor.
  • Stand in a high plank position with your hands on the mat and both feet on one side.
  • Keep your feet together.
  • Jump over the mat with both feet at the same time to the other side and land with your knees slightly bent.
  • Jump back immediately.

Common faults

  • Landing too hard.
  • Not bending your knees when landing.
  • Unstable starting position.
  • Too little power when going up.
  • Not using the arms.
