How do you perform Mat Jumps ?
- Place a mat on the floor.
- Stand in a high plank position with your hands on the mat and both feet on one side.
- Keep your feet together.
- Jump over the mat with both feet at the same time to the other side and land with your knees slightly bent.
- Jump back immediately.
Common faults
- Landing too hard.
- Not bending your knees when landing.
- Unstable starting position.
- Too little power when going up.
- Not using the arms.
