How do you perform Scissors?

  • Lie on your back with your legs straight.
  • Place your hands at your sides or under your buttocks.
  • Raise your straight legs a few inches off the floor.
  • Alternately bring your legs over and under each other in a horizontal scissoring motion.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back flat on the floor.

Common faults

  • Legs not straightened.
  • Feet touch the ground.
  • too much tension in the neck.
