How do you perform Seated Dumbbell Press?

  • Sit upright on a bench or chair with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.

  • Raise your arms back up and repeat.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
  • Inhale as you lower the dumbbells and exhale as you push them up.

  • You can perform the movement with both arms at the same time, with only one arm or alternately according to the instruction.
