How do you perform Seated Thruster?
- Sit upright on a bench or chair with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
- Stand up from the chair while pushing the dumbbells up.
- Return to the chair as you lower the dumbbells.
- Repeat the movement without sitting down between reps.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
- Inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Common faults
- Using too heavy weight without good technique.
- Insufficient trunk stabilization during execution.
- Arms and hips not fully extended on upward movement.
