How do you perform Side Lateral Raise?

  • Stand up straight with a dumbbell in each hand at your side.
  • Raise the dumbbells until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  • Hold on for a second or two.
  • Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
  • Inhale as you raise the dumbbells and exhale as you lower them.
