How do you perform Side Plank Toe Touch?
- Get into a high side plank position, leaning on your hand.
- If it is too difficult, you can also lean on your forearm.
- Keep your top hand up for better balance.
- Support yourself on the inside of the foot of your top leg.
- Lift your bottom leg and bring your top hand to your toes.
- Your legs stay straight.
- Return your arm and leg to the side plank position and repeat.
- Keep your hips up and your abs tight.
- Inhale as you bring the arm and leg together and exhale as you return to the side plank position.

- Poor coordination between arm and leg movements.
- Insufficient control of movement.
- Insufficient stabilization of the trunk during execution.
